▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive anticorrosive coating comprises 40-52 pts. wt., preferably 46 pts. wt. matrix resin, 8-14 pts. wt., preferably 11 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 4-8 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-7 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 2-5 pts. wt., preferably 3.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 1.3-3.5 pts. wt., preferably 2.3 pts. wt. preservative, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt., preferably 1.3 pts. wt. thinner and 22-30 pts. wt., preferably 26 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Conductive anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The conductive anticorrosive coating is prepared by simple process, and has excellent electrical conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion force, high anti-peeling effect, and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive anticorrosive coating, which involves adding solvent, diluent, preservative and matrix resin in dispersion tank, stirring and mixing at 400-600 rpm to form gel-like mixture, adding modified carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon fibers to dispersion cylinder, grinding for 20-25 minutes until the fineness is less than 45 mu m, adding curing agent to dispersion cylinder, stirring and mixing evenly.
