NOVELTY - Plastic bag comprises 20-30 pts. wt. poly (butylene succinate), 15 -20 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. poly (propylenecarbonate), 5-10 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. four needle zinc oxide crystal whisker, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. filler, 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 6-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin and 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, where the modified silicon dioxide is prepared by (i) dispersing 5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide in 20-30 pts. wt. ethyl alcohol to obtain suspension, (ii) adding 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent into the alcohol aqueous solution with pH of 3-4, carrying out ultrasonic hydrolyzing, (iii) adding the hydrolyzed silane coupling agent into the step (i) suspension, adjusting the pH, stirring, filtering, water washing and drying. USE - Used as plastic bag. ADVANTAGE - The bag: is easy to degrade and environmentally friendly; and has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Plastic bag comprises 20-30 pts. wt. poly (butylene succinate), 15 -20 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. poly (propylenecarbonate), 5-10 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. four needle zinc oxide crystal whisker, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. filler, 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 6-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin and 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, where the modified silicon dioxide is prepared by (i) dispersing 5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide in 20-30 pts. wt. ethyl alcohol to obtain suspension, (ii) adding 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent into the alcohol aqueous solution with pH of 3-4, carrying out ultrasonic hydrolyzing for 1-2 hours, where the alcohol aqueous solution is the mixed solution of absolute ethyl alcohol and de-ionized water, (iii) adding the hydrolyzed silane coupling agent into the step (i) suspension, then adjusting the pH of the solution to 10-11, continuously stirring for 3-4 hours, filtering, water washing and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plastic bag comprising (i) taking raw materials according to the specification, adding them to the internal mixer and mixing uniformly to obtain mixture, (ii) adding the mixture to the screw extruder, melting and blending to extruding plastic particles, and (iii) heating and melting the plastic particles obtained by pelletizing, extruding through an extruder and then blowing by a blower.
