NOVELTY - A graphene heating film full-automatic welding device comprises base (1) and mounting frame (2). The base is provided with mounting hole (25), graphene heating film (26), rotating motor and first pressure switch. The graphene heating film is inserted with rivet. The rivet is inserted and glidingly connected with mounting hole at lower end, horizontally provided with mounting ring at right upper portion and connected with welding wire at upper end. The mounting ring is fixedly mounted on ring frame and shielding sheets distributed in central symmetry. The ring frame is vertically and rotatably mounted on base through a rotating shaft (7). The shielding sheet is equal to the number of rivet. The base and mounting frame are provided with pair of photoelectric switch. The mounting hole is vertically and fixedly installed with push rod motor. The mounting frame is vertically and fixedly mounted with electrohydraulic push rod fixedly mounted with push rod seat. USE - The device is used for graphene heating film full-automatic welding. ADVANTAGE - The device has fast welding speed, high efficiency, good welding effect, high product rate and good practicability, and avoids shaking of graphene heating film and rivet when welding, and reduces production cost of graphene heating film.
