NOVELTY - Modified polypropylene (MPP) cable protection tube comprises 120-130 pts. wt. modified acrylic resin, 7-8 pts. wt. graphene A, 9-11 pts. wt. carbon black, 6-8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 11-13 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. titanium dioxide and 20-30 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as MPP cable protection tube. ADVANTAGE - The protection tube: reduces melt flow rate, tensile strength, elongation at break and bending strength; optimizes the mechanical properties of MPP materials by adding special modified acrylic resin to the raw materials; and has strong corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, small friction coefficient, heat resistance, cold resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the MPP cable protection tube, comprising (i) adding nano-calcium carbonate to the mixing stirrer, raising the temperature for the first stirring, adding the coupling agent for the second stirring, and allowing the mixture to stand to obtain a mixture, (ii) adding modified acrylic resin, graphene A, carbon black, toughener, compatibilizer, lubricant, antioxidant, titanium dioxide, and flame retardant to the mixture obtained in the step (i), continuously stirring and discharging, and (iii) injecting the mixture obtained in the step (ii) into a conical twin-screw extruder, plasticizing and pelletizing at 260-300 degrees C to obtain the finished product.
