▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon material having graphene laminated structure is immersed in liquid containing substance having surface tension of 50 mN/m at 20 degrees C, electromagnetic waves are irradiated onto immersed carbon material, and the carbon material is heated and sliced by vaporizing the liquid in contact with the carbon material to obtain flaky graphite. USE - Manufacture of flaky graphite used for forming flaky graphite-resin composite material (all claimed) for dynamic strong raw materials e.g. electrochemical raw materials, electromagnetic wave absorption materials and sensor materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and reliable manufacture of flaky graphite without requiring reduction and oxidation processes. The flaky graphite provides flaky graphite-resin composite material with high affinity, improved dispersibility and mechanical-physical properties. The composite material provides electrochemical raw materials with excellent electroconductivity, thermoelectricity, dielectricity, rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of flaky graphite dispersion liquid, which involves manufacturing flaky graphite, and dispersing in graphite dispersion liquid; and (2) flaky graphite-resin composite material, which is obtained by mixing flaky graphite dispersion liquid and resin.
