The first containing bag is used for containing palladium nano sheet/graphene-based heating film. The inner side of hot compress sleeve is provided with second containing bag. The second containing bag is used for containing traditional Chinese medicine bag. The palladium nano sheet/graphene-based heating film comprises first transparent insulating layer, electrode, second transparent insulating layer and palladium nano sheet/graphene-based fibrous membrane.
