NOVELTY - A polyurethane glove preparing method involves utilizing graphene-water-based polyurethane composite slurry, performing glove knitting to obtain the knitted glove material, blending graphene, dimethyl formamide and additives and keep aside to obtain graphene solution for use. The solvent-based polyurethane, dimethyl formamide and graphene solution are blended and kept aside to obtain the polyurethane ingredients for use. The glove bottom material knitted is sleeved on the hand mold, dip coated the polyurethane ingredients, after the dip coating, performed the post treatment and performed the mold release. USE - Method for preparing polyurethane glove. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the polyurethane glove with improved wear resistance and heat resistance, mild anti-cutting and anti-puncture effect and permanent strong conductivity.
