NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene microsheet masterbatch, involves (a) mixing piezoelectric ceramic nano powder, mineral oil and glyceryl oleate to obtain electrorheological fluid, (b) uniformly mixing electrorheological fluid with natural flaky graphite processed by intercalation treatment through pneumatic conveying device, applying electric field with increasing strength, causing the volume of suspended particles in the electrorheological fluid to expand, weakening the Van der Waals force between the graphite layers, (c) adding flaky graphite containing electrorheological fluid to twin-screw extruder for shear stripping, adding carrier resin and additive, peeling off the flaky graphite into graphene microchips under screw shearing and uniformly dispersing in the carrier resin, extruding and granulating. USE - Method for preparing graphene microsheet masterbatch (claimed) for rubber product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene microsheet masterbatch with excellent wear resistance, and provides rubber with improved performance and prolonged service life.
