▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/boron carbide ceramic composite material comprises adding crystalline flake graphite in microwave heating expansion at 900 W for 20-40 seconds, adding heat expandable graphite into deionized water, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and shredding expanded graphite into graphene sheet; adding boron carbide powder in graphene suspension liquid, high-energy ball milling using planetary ball mill for 20-40 hours, mixing uniformly, spraying and granulating to obtain powder; and placing powder into graphite mold, heating at 70-100 degrees C/minute to 2150 degrees C for 5 minutes, fast cooling to 1950 degrees C, keeping temperature for 30 minutes, and applying 30-50 MPa pressure. USE - Method for preparing graphene/boron carbide ceramic composite material used for manufacture of ballistic resistant panel or wear resistant device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves graphene sheet dispersion uniformity in boron carbide and reduces long time boron carbide ceramic heating temperature, and has excellent mechanical property and easy industrial amplification.
