NOVELTY - A graphene/polyaniline flexible composite electrode material preparing method involves dispersing graphene nanosheet with dispersant to obtain graphene dispersion. The graphene dispersion is added with aniline monomer and acid solution, followed by selecting flexible conductive substrate, molybdenum electrode and saturated calomel electrode, cleaning and drying. The three electrodes are placed in electrolyte solution, stirred, subjected for electrodeposition of polyaniline to form graphene/polyaniline film. The working electrode is removed, washed and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polyaniline flexible composite electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/polyaniline flexible composite electrode material dispersing graphene nanosheet with dispersant ultrasonically for 0.1-12 hours to obtain graphene dispersion having concentration of 0.1-50 g/l. The graphene dispersion is added with aniline monomer and acid solution and dispersed ultrasonically for 0.1-12 hours to obtain uniform mixed electrolyte solution, followed by selecting flexible conductive substrate as a working electrode, molybdenum sheet electrode as pair electrode and saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode, cleaning the electrode using ethanol and deionized water and drying. The three electrodes are placed in mixed electrolyte solution, stirred magnetically, subjected for electrodeposition of polyaniline electrochemically on the working electrode for incorporating graphene nanosheet on polyaniline film layer to form a graphene/polyaniline composite film. The working electrode is removed, washed with ethanol and deionized water and dried in vacuum at 40-100 degrees C for 10-100 hours to obtain the finished product, where the flexible conductive substrate is transparent conductive polyethylene terephthalate plastic, conductive polybutylene terephthalate plastic, conductive polyethylene naphthalate plastic, conductive polycarbonate plastic, conductive poly(methyl methacrylate) plastic and conductive polyimide plastic.
