▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparation of hyaluronic acid/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel involves adding hyaluronic acid to graphene oxide solution, stirring, adding acrylamide monomer, stirring to obtain hyaluronic acid/graphene/ acrylamide dispersion, adding initiator solution and accelerator and then stirring, soaking in ice water bath, stirring to obtain mixed solution, placing mixed solution in a container, charging with nitrogen gas and sealing container at room temperature for 8-12 hours. USE - Preparation of hyaluronic acid/graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel used as artificial skin, ligament, tendon and other materials, and in tissue engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The prepared hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility, mechanical properties and toughness.
