NOVELTY - Dental vehicle needle comprises a needle body and a base body. The needle body (102) is further formed with a braze welding structure on the surface layer far away from the end part of the base body, and the braze welding structure comprises an abrasive material and a braze welding layer for braze-welding the abrasive materials to the needle body. The braze welding layer is single layer or multi-layer. The braze welding layer is formed by welding silver-based brazing filler metal. USE - The needle is useful for tooth preparation, groove forming, hard filler, and dental metal material cutting and denture diamond vehicle needle to carry denture polishing process. ADVANTAGE - The needle: has better workability and structure stability; has very easy working efficiency and better service life; uses special dental needle of braze welding shape; has excellent processability, stable structure, better killing and antibacterial ability; overcomes the defect of traditional silver-based brazed filler metal interface brittleness; and obtains better service life; has convenient processing convenience and use safety; improves standard structure performance; and optimizes the stability of the welding structure to a specific degree.
