▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing iron-based thiosulfur fluoride or chloride modified three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises (a) dissolving the ferric nitrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone in de-ionized water by ultrasonic stirring to obtain mixed solution, (b) taking the obtained mixed solution into a drying cabinet for drying, carrying out high temperature treatment under a protective atmosphere after grinding into powder to obtain iron nano granule modified three-dimensional porous nitrogen doped graphene, (c) oxidizing the obtained composite material of iron nano-particle modified three-dimensional porous nitrogen doped graphene at different temperatures, vulcanization, fluorinated or chlorinated to obtain iron-based oxides, sulfide, fluoride or chloride modified three-dimensional graphene composite. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron-based thiosulfur fluoride or chloride modified three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, requires short production period and suitable for large scale. The three dimensional graphene has high load area, has wide application prospect in energy storage and catalyze.
