NOVELTY - Preparing reduced-state graphene oxide comprises (a) inserting pair of graphite electrodes into electrolyte prepared from sodium thiosulfate and sodium hydroxide, and electrolyzing the pair of graphite electrodes, (b) collecting step (a) reduced graphene oxide solution obtained after the electrolysis, and post-treating the reduced graphene oxide solution to obtain the reduced graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced-state graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reduced-state graphene oxide prepared by above mentioned method.
