NOVELTY - Cable material comprises 85-100 pts. wt. basic resin, 8-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 25-30 pts. wt. modified ammonium polyphosphate, 5-8 pts. wt. modified oxidized graphene, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1- 2 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.8- 1.2 pts. wt. lubricant. The modified ammonium polyphosphate is prepared by under the protection of nitrogen, the activated APP, fluorine-containing triallyl silane, trichlorosilane, re-evaporating THF, and platinum catalyst, stirring and reacting for 5-6 hours at 60 °C, decompressing and distilling to obtain the intermediate product, dissolving the intermediate in anhydrous ether, dropping allyl bromide Grignard reagent solution at 0-5 °C, after finishing dripping, stirring for 12-14 hours at room temperature, and post-processing to obtain the modified ammonium polyphosphate. USE - Cable material for use in the mud-resistant-corrosion ship.
