▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphite-based polymer in-situ intercalation layer graphene composite material comprises taking polymer and graphite powder as raw material, then mutual extrusion friction between the polymer chain and the graphite sheet unit causes the graphite to be stripped in situ to form a nanometer thickness graphite sheet under the tensile flow field, and then uniformly dispersing in the matrix; mixing the polymer with the graphite powder, adding to melt blending extrusion in an extruder based on the extension rheology, melting, blending, extruding and fusing in the material mixing process, performing material deformation by stretching and entering polymer chain in situ intercalation into the graphite sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite-based polymer in-situ intercalation layer graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: simple process and low production cost, and is suitable for industrial production.
