▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Microcontact printing method involves immersing polydimethylsiloxane stamp in iron porphyrin complex aqueous solution for 1-2 minutes, discharging the stamp, drying for 30-60 seconds under nitrogen atmosphere, pressing the resultant stamp on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate for 10-20 seconds, such that carboxyl group of polyethylene terephthalate substrate is covered, transferring stamp pattern on a surface of the substrate, immersing the resultant substrate in the carboxylated graphene oxide solution for 10-30 minutes and discharging the substrate. USE - Microcontact printing method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables microcontact printing using the water-soluble porphyrin iron complex by stable, environmentally-friendly and economical process, with reduced usage amount of organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microcontact printing method involves dissolving iron porphyrin complex of formula (I) in water, obtaining iron porphyrin complex aqueous solution, immersing polydimethylsiloxane stamp in iron porphyrin complex aqueous solution for 1-2 minutes, discharging the stamp, drying for 30-60 seconds under nitrogen atmosphere, pressing the resultant stamp on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate for 10-20 seconds, such that carboxyl group of polyethylene terephthalate substrate is covered, transferring stamp pattern on a surface of the substrate, immersing the resultant substrate in the carboxylated graphene oxide solution for 10-30 minutes and discharging the substrate. The carboxylated graphene oxide solution is obtained by dissolving carboxylated graphene oxide in water.
