NOVELTY - A PVC/graphene nanocomposite material comprises 100 pts. wt. PVC resin, 10-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-10 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.1-5 pts. wt. lubricant and 0-8 pts. wt. graphene. USE - PVC/graphene nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The material solves PVC conductivity problem, improves PVC mechanical property and heat stability, and increases electrical conductivity reaching to 1.06x 10-6 S/cm and tensile strength reaching to 40.66%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PVC/graphene nanocomposite material comprising preparing graphene oxide, adding carboxy terminated nitrile latex, uniformly mixing, adding reducing agent and hydrazine hydrate, heating at 95 degrees C at speed of 300 revolutions/minute, keeping for 1 hour, condensing with calcium chloride with pH of 2, cleaning with deionized water, filtering, drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours, adding PVC resin, plasticizer, heat stabilizer and lubricant, mixing at 90 degrees C, insulating for 10 minutes, uniformly plasticizing into open mill, and tableting into vulcanization plate at plastic making machine roller temperature of 145 degrees C, roller temperature of 135 degrees C and flat vulcanization detector setting temperature of 150 degrees C at pressure of 12 MPa.
