NOVELTY - Micro-nano multi-component composite snow wax comprises main material and additive material, where the main material comprises solid wax, the additive material is micro-nano drag reduction particle, the concentration of solid wax in composite snow wax is greater than or equal to 60 wt.%, and remaining is micro-nano drag reduction particles, the micro-nano drag reduction particles comprise lubricating oil microstorage portion, the lubricating oil microstorage portion comprises oil-containing capsule and/or oil-containing porous resin, the solid wax comprises Candelilla wax, Japanese fine wax, palm wax, rice bran wax, castor wax, beeswax, insect white wax, wool wax, spermaceti, montan wax, paraffin, microcrystalline wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax and/or oxidized polyethylene wax. USE - The composite snow wax useful in sports equipment drag reduction application, and used for lubricating surface of ice and snow equipment, such as snowboards and bottom surface of snowmobiles. ADVANTAGE - The composite snow wax effectively improves the tribological performance of sports device, reduces the frictional resistance between device and ice and snow interface, ultimately improves the sports performance, is prepared by simple process and easy to scale-up production, and has strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the micro-nano multi-component composite snow wax, involving (a) heating and stirring obtained solid wax at 50-150 degrees C to obtain liquid wax, (b) taking micro-nano drag reduction particles, and adding liquid paraffin under the stirring condition to obtain mixed liquid material, (c) vacuum defoaming obtained liquid material for 10-48 hours, and molding the liquid material, and (d) cooling and curing to obtain composite snow wax.
