NOVELTY - Epoxy resin conductive adhesive comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-6 pts. wt. modified nano copper powder, 5-6 pts. wt. modified silver nanowire, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-10 pts. wt. polyamine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. diluent and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, where the preparation of epoxy resin conductive adhesive includes heating graphene oxide, polyamine curing agent and diluent, then stirring under refluxing reaction, then adding epoxy resin, modified nano copper powder, modified silver nano wire and coupling agent, stirring and mixing to obtain final product. USE - The epoxy resin conductive adhesive is useful for electronic packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has excellent electrical conductivity and shear strength.
