NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/silicon composite material involves (1) mixing silane compound and graphene oxide solution, and reacting at 120-150 degrees C for 1-6 hours under nitrogen protection to obtain hydrogel, where the mass ratio of silane compound, graphene oxide and nitrogen source is (10-30):(1-10):(1-5), (2) vacuum freeze-drying the hydrogel to obtain material (B) and (3) heat-preserving the material (B) at 300-400 degrees C for 1-6 hours under inert gas atmosphere, maintaining the temperature at 800-900 degrees C for 1-6 hours, and cooling. USE - Preparation method of graphene/silicon composite material used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/silicon composite material with improved tap density and specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for lithium ion battery.
