NOVELTY - Device comprises a condensing unit and a dust removing unit are provided with a sound wave generator (4) corresponding to the flowing direction of the flue gas. A charge unit is parallel to the flue gas flow direction and distributed with multiple polar plates (1). A condensation flow passage distributed with multiple graphene spoiler columns (5) along flue gas flow direction. A dust removing unit is vertical to flue gas flow direction and distributed with multiple groups of dust collecting components. The each group of dust collecting components is provided with multiple arc-shaped pole plates (7) and round pole electrodes (8). The arc-shaped pole plate is provided with a windward side and a leeward side and the windward side and the leeward side surface of the arc-shaped polar plate are vertical to the smoke flowing direction. USE - Used as dust removing device with acoustoelectric strengthening fine particle coagulation. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes a coupling field, an electric field and a turbulent flow field for strengthening fine particulate matter in the graphene spoiler column to generate turbulent flow and function of absorbing fine particulate matter dust removing area by an arc dust collecting plate so as to increase dust collecting area and remove fine particulate matter in smoke.
