▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bioconjugate comprises nanoparticle of core shell type and one or more antibodies immobilized, where core contains metal or alloy having soft magnetic properties and shell contains one or more graphene layers, and outermost layer is functionalized by one or more of benzyl derivative (I). USE - Bioconjugate used as a pharmaceutical in therapy, for the treatment of cancer, particularly for removing circulating tumor cells from blood (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bioconjugate ensures good magnetic properties and high surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bioconjugate comprises nanoparticle of core shell type and one or more antibodies immobilized, where core contains metal or alloy having soft magnetic properties and shell contains one or more graphene layers, and outermost layer is functionalized by one or more of benzyl derivative of formula (I). (Z)m=spacer containing alkyloxy groups with m repeating units; m=10-30; FG=functional group selected from OH, COOH, COOR, and CO(NH)R; R=1-4C alkyl; n=6-100; o=1; and p=1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing nanoparticles, which involves providing nanoparticle of the core shell type, providing epoxide derivative (III), subjecting coupling group and epoxide derivative to ring opening polymerization in the presence of a diluent in the presence of a reaction aid to obtain nanoparticles; and (2) a method for manufacturing bioconjugate, which involves providing nanoparticles in diluent, providing antibodies in diluent and contacting nanoparticles with antibodies to obtain bioconjugate.
