NOVELTY - A modifier is added to solvent to form 0.1-1 %mass solution of modifier. Graphene powder is added to solution of modifier, mixed, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain oil-soluble graphene powder. An oil-soluble graphene powder and vinyl chloride monomer are added to reactor, mechanically dispersed and uniformly mixed, to obtain graphene-vinyl chloride mixture. Graphene powder, initiator, deionized water and additive are added to graphene-vinyl chloride mixture, mixed, polymerized, stripped, centrifuged, dehydrated and dried, to obtain polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of polyvinyl chloride-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyvinyl chloride-graphene composite material with excellent heat stability and mechanical property, and high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modifier is added to solvent to form 0.1-1 %mass solution of modifier. Graphene powder is added to solution of modifier, mixed, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain oil-soluble graphene powder. The addition amount of graphite powder is 0.1-10 %mass of modifier. An oil-soluble graphene powder and vinyl chloride monomer are added to reactor under nitrogen atmosphere, or vinyl chloride monomer and functional monomer are added to mixture, mechanically dispersed and uniformly mixed, to obtain graphene-vinyl chloride mixture. Graphene powder, initiator, deionized water and additive are added to graphene-vinyl chloride mixture, mixed, and pH is adjusted to 7-8 and polymerized at 45-65 degrees C for 2-12 hours, to obtain graphene/polyvinyl chloride resin slurry. Graphene/polyvinyl chloride resin slurry is stripped by stripper, centrifuged, dehydrated and dried, to obtain polyvinyl chloride/graphene composite material with water content of less than 3%. The amount of initiator is 0.05-2 %mass with respect to amount of vinyl chloride monomer. The amount of additive is 0.1-30 %mass with respect to amount of vinyl chloride monomer. The amount of graphene powder is 0.05-10 %mass with respect to amount of vinyl chloride monomer. The amount of deionized water is 2 times with respect to amount of vinyl chloride monomer.
