NOVELTY - Preparing drug-loaded sustained-release stent involves preparing a mixed solution that dissolves the drug to be loaded. The mixed solution is mixed with the reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube/ hydroxyapatite/iron oxide composite material, oscillated at a constant temperature under static magnetic field conditions, followed by performing centrifugal treatment to obtain a precipitate, and freeze drying precipitate to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing drug-loaded sustained-release stent for preparing anti-tumor materials, where tumor is osteosarcoma (all claimed), inhibiting tumor cells, and promoting repair of bone defects. ADVANTAGE - The drug-loaded sustained-release stent can achieve sustained release of chemotherapeutic drugs while promoting bone defect repair.
