▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyurea polyurethane coating comprises (i) sequentially adding 10-20 pts. wt. polyurea resin, 5-10 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. isocyanate, 1-4 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2-5 pts. wt. aluminum hypophosphite flame retardant, 1-2 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes and 1-3 pts. wt. bentonite agent, (ii) adding into the mixer for mixing and stirring treatment, stirring at a rotational speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, (iii) continuously stirring at rotating speed of 600-800 revolutions/minute for 15-25 minutes, and completing the stirring to obtain stirring material, and (iv) adding the stirring material into the mixer, where the rotating speed is 1200-1500 revolutions/minute, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain modified polyurea polyurethane coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyurea polyurethane coating, which is used as a surface film coating on the protected or decorated object. ADVANTAGE - The method improves and optimizes flame retardant property of the modified polyurea polyurethane coating by adding bentonite agent, and improves flame retardant efficiency of the modified polyurea polyurethane coating.
