NOVELTY - The method involves depositing copper foil graphene on a substrate (1). A mask of a preset shape is covered on the substrate. A nano-film (2) is sequentially deposited on the base substrate. The mask plate is removed. The deposited nano film is conveyed to a roller. The substrate is continued to travel. The nano film on the surface of the substrate is desorbed and bent into a crimped film (3) of a tubular structure. An ultrasonic vibration is continuously performed to the substrate such that the curling film is dropped and collected by the substrate, so that the substrate separates and recycles the curled film. USE - Method for desorbing roll-to-roll type, crimped film used in device processing technique of each field. Uses include but are not limited to photoelectric detection, flexible electronic, micro-robot, optical micro-cavity, biological sensing and tissue engineering. ADVANTAGE - The method is featured with simple technique, convenient operation, no liquid pollution, controllable film curling direction, suitable for desorbing the film of multiple materials in batch and processing into a curling film, and capable of quickly recycling copper foil graphene substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a rolled film prepared by the film desorption method.
