▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface-plated nickel-phosphorus-graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material comprises a graphene surface nickel phosphorus layer in the composite material. The surface plating nickel phosphorus graphene dispersion is distributed on the titanium ball surface. The graphene is distributed at the grain boundary of the titanium substrate. The composite material only has diffraction peaks corresponding to alpha-phase and beta-phase of titanium. USE - Surface-plated nickel-phosphorus-graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material for use in aerospace vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The surface plating nickel-phosphorus-graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material solves the problem that the graphene is easy to generate titanium chloride (TiC) problem with better dispersibility of the graphite, and graphene is not easy to be damaged in the process of ball milling and sintering so as to maximize the performance of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of nickel-phosphorus-graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material
