The molar ratio of nickel chloride hexahydrate, anhydrous manganese chloride, hexamethylene tetramine and deionized water is 8-11:2:10:5. USE - Preparation of nickel-manganese layered double hydroxides of nickel foam carbon three-dimensional hierarchical structure used as electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nickel-manganese layered double hydroxides of nickel foam carbon three-dimensional hierarchical structure with improved yield , and having excellent thermal stability, high degree of crystallinity, large specific surface area and controllable morphology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nickel-manganese layered double hydroxides of nickel foam carbon three-dimensional hierarchical structure involves pretreating nickel foam, preparing Ni-Mn layered double hydroxides of nickel foam at room temperature, mixing nickel chloride hexahydrate, anhydrous manganese chloride, hexamethylene tetramine and deionized water in a vessel, transferring the mixed solution into an autoclave, adding the nickel foam into the autoclave, performing hydrothermal reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing nickel foam, preparing Ni-Mn layered double hydroxides of nickel foam carbon at room temperature, mixing glucose or graphene with deionized water, stirring the solution, transferring the solution into the autoclave, performing hydrothermal reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing nickel foam, and drying under vacuum.
