▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene anticorrosive coating includes mixing acrylic resin solution and tannic acid solution to obtain paint paste, ball milling graphene oxide-zirconium dioxide, adding sodium borohydride solution, performing pre-reduction at 90-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding 2 diazo-1-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonic acid, mixing for 3-4 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 75-85 degrees C for 36-48 hours to obtain modified graphene oxide-zirconium dioxide material, adding varnish and modified graphene oxide-zirconium dioxide material to ethanol solution, adding activator, mixing at room temperature for 24-48 hours, adding acetone for precipitation, filtering, washing and freeze drying. The mass ratio of graphene oxide-zirconium dioxide material to sodium borohydride is 1:0.05 0.1. The addition amount of 2-diazo-1-naphthoquinone 5 sulfonic acid is 2.5 4 mg/mL. The ratio of volume of hydrazine hydrate to mass of graphene oxide-zirconium dioxide material is 0.3 0.5 mL: 1 mg. USE - The preparation of modified graphene anticorrosive coating is used for preparing marine anticorrosive coating finish (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents chloride ions from damaging metal oxide film protective layer and forming pitting corrosion or pit corrosion. The fast reaction between tannic acid and iron ion on the surface of steel structure is adopted to realize chelation between tannic acid and iron ion and forming paint slurry with physical and chemical protection. The coating has excellent anticorrosive performance.
