NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene and calcium carbonate composite hollow microsphere comprises e.g. taking functionalization graphene and calcium salt solution, mixing in container, sealing container port using paraffin film, ultrasonic dispersing, pricking the holes on the sealing position of the mixing container, placing in closeness container with concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium carbonate, making closeness container placing in constant temperature culture box, culturing, removing crystal generated gas liquid interface, centrifugal separating and vacuum drying. USE - The functionalized graphene and calcium carbonate composite hollow microsphere is useful for medicine carrier or human tissue engineering scaffolds (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite hollow microsphere has calcium carbonate, which is regular spherical hollow crystal with larger specific surface area, crystal form is vaterite, good dispersibility, with hollow structure, rough surface structure and good cell compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene and calcium carbonate composite hollow microsphere comprises (i) taking functionalization graphene and calcium salt solution, mixing in container, sealing container port using paraffin film, (ii) ultrasonic dispersing obtained mixed solution, (iii) pricking the holes on the sealing position of the mixing container, placing in closeness container with concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium carbonate, (iv) making closeness container placing in constant temperature culture box, culturing, (v) using glass cover removing the crystal generated gas liquid interface, using mixed solution carrying out centrifugal separation and vacuum drying to obtain product.
