NOVELTY - The system has a graphite expansion system, an expanded graphite dispersion system, a heating system, an atomization system, a drying system, a receiving system, and an exhaust gas treatment system. The graphite expansion system adopts a microwave method to prepare expanded graphite. The dispersion system mechanically pulverizes the expanded graphite and performs exfoliation and dispersion in a liquid solvent to obtain a graphene solution. The heating system heats the graphene solution. The atomization system atomizes the graphene solution. The graphene solution is heated and dried by the drying system to separate the graphene from the liquid solvent. The drying system adopts microwave for drying. The exhaust gas treatment system processes gas. USE - Graphene preparation system. ADVANTAGE - The system adopts microwave technology as a heating source to prepare expanded graphite and graphene drying treatment to obtain high-quality graphene. The graphene produced by the system has high production efficiency, large output, stable and reliable quality, and realizes industrial automated production and greatly reduces the cost of graphene production.
