NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficiency heat-conducting graphene flexible film comprises firstly preparing aminated phosphorene by ball milling method, then reacting the aminated phosphorene with graphene oxide to obtain aminated phosphorene/graphene oxide flexible film, using reducing agent to reduce the phosphorene/graphene oxide flexible film, obtaining the high-efficiency heat-conducting graphene flexible film, where the mass ratio of the aminated phosphorene and the graphene oxide is (1: 1)-(1: 10), and the mass ratio of the aminated phosphorene/graphene oxide film and reducing agent is (1: 0.1)-(1:1). USE - The high-efficiency heat-conducting graphene flexible film is useful in an intelligent high temperature alarm (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: covalently combines the phosphorene and graphene by forming amide bond on the amino on the aminated phosphorene and the carboxy on the graphene oxide; prevents the agglomeration of the phosphorene; reduces the interface thermal resistance and defect of the graphene oxide; improves the thermal conductivity of the composite film. The film: has a heat conductivity coefficient greater than 1000W/mk in the plane direction; can be applied to high temperature alarm in response time about 1 second; can be used for the heat conducting material of the electronic appliance. The method is simple and strong in operability.
