NOVELTY - Preparing zero second quick-heating high-temperature ceramic heating body comprises mixing 15-25 wt.% kaolin, 3-10 wt.% sintering auxiliary agent, 15-25 wt.% resistance material and 5-20 wt.% graphite or graphene material to form first mixed material, adding water into first mixed material to form slurry into strip-shaped blank, embedding two ends of strip-shaped slurry with conductive structure, and drying at 50-100 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for coal-changing electric warming floor heating, snow asphalt, energy automobile and household appliance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of cold-sintered zero-second rapid thermal ceramic heating component with high strength, without pressure formation.
