▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises mixed carrier material comprising O-multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)-graphene oxide nanoribbons (GONRs)-C and active components loaded on carrier material, where the amount of active component loading is 12.1-19.1 %mass, the amount of carrier is 80.9-87.9 % mass, and the active component comprises (i) main active component comprising 9.1-10.1 %mass, preferably 9.9-10.1 %mass copper, and (ii) co-active component comprising 2-6 %mass, preferably 4-6 %mass cerium, and 1-3 %mass, preferably 2-3 %mass cadmium. USE - The catalyst is used for treatment of sulfur-containing waste alkali, and wet catalytic oxidation reaction system. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is simple to prepare without additional reducing agent, and has improved alkali resistance and reduced appearance of element dissolution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the catalyst involving (i) preparing mixed carrier material comprising O-MWCNTs-GONRs-C by dispersing MWCNTs in concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding the reaction solution to the ice-water mixture of hydrogen peroxide to separate O-MWCNTS-GONRs, dispersing O-MWCNTs-GONRs in water at a dispersion concentration range of 5-15 g/ml, adding activated carbon and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution containing mixed carrier material O-MWCNTs-GONRs-C, and (ii) loading active components by dissolving copper salt in ethylene glycol and aging to obtain copper salt ethylene glycol solution, mixing the copper salt ethylene glycol solution, cerium acetate, cadmium acetate and ethylene glycol to obtain a composite salt solution, mixing the salt solution with the solution containing the mixed carrier material O-MWCNTs-GONRs-C, uniformly dispersing, adjusting pH to 1-13, and separating the catalyst; and (2) the use of catalyst for treatment of sulfur-containing waste alkali for treatment of waste alkali liquid produced in process of ethylene production, catalytic cracking and oil refining, where the sulfur content is less than 30000 mg/l and the alkaline content is 8-14, and the treatment method involves carrying out treatment under the action of the sulfur-containing spent alkali-treated catalyst or preparing by sulfur-containing waste alkali treatment catalyst, using oxidizing agent for oxidizing the sulfur-containing compounds in the waste alkali liquor to sodium sulfate at 100-150 degrees C and gauge pressure of 0.2-0.6 MPa for 22-26 hours, where the oxidizing agent is air or oxygen.
