NOVELTY - The method involves realizing reduction-oxidation graphene dispersion. Concentration and viscosity of graphene oxide dispersion liquid is reduced. Nano silver and macromolecule conductive polymer are mixed to obtain graphene coating liquid according to mixing proportion. The graphene coating liquid is dissolved using a slit coating device. The graphene coating liquid is coated on a substrate through UV irradiation or hot air drying and solidifying processes. Width of slit coating device slit is about 10um. Reduction-oxidation graphene dispersion viscosity is adjusted. USE - Method for manufacturing nano silver graphene coating conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing graphene conductive film resistance, conductivity, transparency and stripping resistance and graphene coating liquid viscosity.
