▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbonized nano-cellulose composite carbon material comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with aqueous solution of nano-cellulose, removing water, preheating to obtain pretreated complex, and (ii) subjecting pretreated composite to microwave treatment under the protection of inert gas to obtain graphene/carbonized nano-cellulose composite material. USE - The composite material is useful for preparing super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has low cost, and improves carbonization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene/carbonized nano-cellulose composite material obtained by above method; and (2) use method of composite material comprising grinding graphene/carbonized nano-cellulose composite material into powder, mixing and stirring polyvinylidene fluoride or polytetrafluoroethylene binder and acetylene black conductive agent, coating on nickel sheet or pressing over nickel foam, drying electrode made of solvent, taking filter paper as separator, potassium hydroxide or potassium sulfate as electrolyte, encapsulating button cell shell into button super capacitor.
