▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam with isolation structure is prepared by adding conductive agent, liquid polymer and auxiliary agent into high-speed dispersion machine, dispersing, taking out slurry, standing, defoaming to obtain conductive slurry, preparing EPP pre-foaming beads, uniformly coating conductive slurry on EPP pre-foaming bead surface in blending manner, filtering and taking out EPP foam beads coated with conductive slurry and forming with isolation structure. The liquid polymer is polyurethane resin, silicone resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyimide, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, styrene-acrylic emulsion and/or water-soluble modified polypropylene. The auxiliary agent is dispersant, wetting agent, thickener and/or antifoaming agent. The foaming multiplying power of EPP pre-foaming beads is 10-45 times. USE - The method is used for preparing conductive expanded polypropylene foam with isolation structure. ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for industrial large-scale production, has simple technique and convenient preparation, and realizes continuous production. The foam has temperature resistance, weather resistance, moisture resistance, anti-falling powder and good shielding efficiency, and prolongs service life of structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A conductive expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam with isolation structure is prepared by adding conductive agent, liquid polymer and auxiliary agent into high-speed dispersion machine, dispersing for 1 hour at speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute, taking out slurry, standing for 1 hour, defoaming to obtain conductive slurry, preparing EPP pre-foaming beads, uniformly coating conductive slurry on EPP pre-foaming bead surface in blending manner, filtering and taking out EPP foam beads coated with conductive slurry and forming with isolation structure. The conductive agent is graphite, squamous graphite, carbon black, high conductive carbon black, acetylene carbon black, nano carbon black particles, carbon nanotube, multi-wall carbonnano tube, carbon fiber, carbon nanofiber, graphite nanosheet, graphene, single layer graphene, multi-layer graphene, nickel coated graphite powder, nickel-coated carbon fiber carbon black, metal powder, liquid metal, flaky iron-based metal powder, flaky iron-based alloy powder, flaky iron-silicon-aluminum alloy powder, flaky iron-silicon alloy powder, flaky iron-silicon-chromium alloy powder, flaky cobalt-base alloy powder and/or sheet-shaped iron-nickel alloy powder. The liquid polymer is polyurethane resin, silicone resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyimide, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, styrene-acrylic emulsion and/or water-soluble modified polypropylene.
