▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hot dip plating using zinc-based graphene aluminum-silicon alloy comprises (i) taking zinc, aluminum, metallic silicon and self-prepared few-layer electrochemically exfoliated graphene, (ii) under the protection of inert gas, adding zinc, aluminum and metal silicon raw materials into resistance furnace, completely melting to form a melt, cooling, adding 1 part of graphene, stirring, adding another part of graphene, stirring and casting, (iii) heating zinc-based graphene-aluminum-silicon alloy hot-dip plating raw material, (iv) surface cleaning, alkali washing and pickling of the prepared steel plate, placing in the pre-prepared pretreatment solution, and (v) placing the steel plate in a vacuum drying oven, adding into the zinc-based graphene-aluminum-silicon alloy hot-dip plating solution for hot-dip plating, pulling steel plate out from the zinc-based graphene-aluminum-silicon alloy hot-dip plating solution and using an air knife to wipe the surface of the steel plate. USE - Hot dip plating using zinc-based graphene aluminum-silicon alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method provides zinc-based graphene aluminum-silicon alloy having excellent corrosion resistance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method of hot dip plating using zinc-based graphene aluminum-silicon alloy (Drawing includes non-English language text).
