NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder involves using chemical vapor deposition process to grow graphene on the mixture of magnesium oxide powder and copper powder, placing the prepared graphene coated composite powder into a container, washing with deionized water, pouring out the floater on the surface, adding excessive dilute sulfuric acid in the container, fully stirring and allowing to stand for reaction, depositing the copper powder on the bottom of the solution after the magnesium oxide reacts completely and pouring out graphene suspended in the solution to obtain a graphene suspension, centrifuging the graphene suspension liquid by centrifugal extraction to obtain an agglomerated graphene powder, and cleaning and repeating centrifugation to remove the residual dilute sulfuric acid and magnesium sulfate, and grinding to obtain uniform graphene powder. USE - Preparation method of graphene powder used as additive material in field field-effect transistor integrated circuit, single molecule detector, transparent conductive film, functional composite material, energy storage material and catalyst carrier.
