▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorine-containing graphene quantum dots is prepared using fluorinated graphite as raw material, and performing Hummers method to prepare oxidized fluorine-containing graphene and cutting it through chemical oxidation to obtain fluorine-containing graphene quantum dots with singlet oxygen yield of 0.4-0.5 under visible light irradiation, where the average thickness is 1-3 nm, size is 2-3 nm, fluorine content is 1-2%, oxygen content is 20-30% and carbon content is 60-70%. USE - The quantum dots is useful in photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy (claimed) and early treatment of esophageal cancer, skin cancer and lung cancer. ADVANTAGE - The quantum dots is smaller in dot size, uniform in morphology, stable in structure, and high in oxygen yield, has extremely low cytotoxicity, excellent water solubility, biocompatibility and wide range of application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fluorine-containing graphene quantum dots involving (i) ultrasonically peeling off fluorinated graphite using strong alkaline substance, and preparing oxidized fluorinated graphene by the Hummers method, (ii) taking the oxidized fluorine-containing graphene, dissolving in ultrapure water, and ultrasonically treating, adding strong oxidizer and lye to the above solution, refluxing at 60-100 degrees C for 5-9 hours to allow the chemical oxidation cutting reaction to proceed fully, and (iii) filtering, purifying and drying to obtain the product.
