▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Substrate device comprises a substrate with a support surface, and a graphene layer connected to the support surface of the substrate. The surface of the graphene layer opposite to the substrate has an area of 1 mu m2 which consists of at least one corrugated protrusion with characteristic lateral size of less than 10 nm and with aspect ratio of at least 0.15 by thermal annealing. The aspect ratio of the corrugated protrusion is the ratio of the height measured from the substrate and the characteristic lateral size. The device further provides a graphene structure comprising a graphene layer having the above characteristics. USE - The device is useful for surface enhanced Raman scattering. ADVANTAGE - None given.
