NOVELTY - The device has a flexible substrate (1) and a super capacitor (2) and a solar cell integrated on the same side of the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate is interval with a first carbon electrode (4), a second carbon electrode (5) and a third carbon electrode. The second carbon electrode is located between the first carbon electrode and the third carbon electrode. The second carbon electrode is used as cathode electrode capacitor, a cathode electrode battery. An electric connection part between the super capacitor and the solar cell. The first carbon electrode is used for connecting with the anode electrode of the super capacitor. The third carbon electrode is used for connecting with an anode electrode battery (3). The first carbon electrode, the second carbon electrode and the third carbon electrode are laser induced graphene carbon electrode. USE - Planar integrated energy excavation and energy storage of flexible device use in wear-resistant electronic device or passive device. ADVANTAGE - The device not only has high integration degree, but also has excellent flexibility and stable characteristics using a flexible substrate, and the flexible substrate is integrated with a super capacitor and a solar battery on the same side, the super capacitor is used as the energy storage device to buffer the conversion energy, the solar battery is used to realize energy conversion to the solar energy, so as to realize the flexible structure of the solar cell and the solar capacitor for planar assembly.
