NOVELTY - A three-layer co-extruded biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film with high-temperature resistance and low precipitation on-line coating comprises polyethylene terephthalate base layer and high temperature-resistant layer coated on both sides of polyethylene terephthalate base layer. The high temperature-resistant layer is made of high temperature-resistant paint. The high temperature-resistant paint is prepared by adding dimethyldiethoxysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane, and xylene to reaction kettle, stirring, dripping aqueous hydrochloric acid, raising temperature, stirring, adding sodium bicarbonate, stirring, removing distillate by distillation to obtain silicone resin, adding silicone resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin, xylene, and ethyl acetate to reaction kettle, stirring, adding aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, refluxing to obtain modified resin and stirring adding modified resin, wear-resistant filler, migration-resistant plasticizer, deionized water, and defoamer. USE - Three-layer co-extruded biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate with high-temperature low-precipitation on-line coating. ADVANTAGE - The three-layer co-extruded biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film has excellent wear resistance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-layer co-extruded biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film with high-temperature resistance and low precipitation on-line coating comprises polyethylene terephthalate base layer and high temperature-resistant layer coated on both sides of polyethylene terephthalate base layer. The high temperature-resistant layer is made of high temperature-resistant paint. The high temperature-resistant paint is prepared by adding dimethyldiethoxysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane, and xylene to reaction kettle, stirring at 60-70° C under stirring speed of 150-200 rpm for 10-15 minutes, dripping 15-20 %mass aqueous hydrochloric acid solution for 0.5-1 hour, raising temperature to 75-80° C, stirring for 3-5 hours, adding sodium bicarbonate, stirring at 140-150° C until pH value of 7, removing distillate by distillation to obtain silicone resin, adding silicone resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin, xylene, and ethyl acetate to reaction kettle, stirring at 300-500 rpm until silicone resin and bisphenol A epoxy resin are completely dissolved, adding 15-20 %mass aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, refluxing at 140-150° C for 2-3 hours to obtain modified resin, adding modified resin, wear-resistant filler, migration-resistant plasticizer, deionized water, and defoamer to stirring tank and stirring at 800-1000 rpm.
