▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The component has a thin film formed on a carbon layer. The carbon layer comprises a graphene or graphite. A nanostructure is formed on the carbon layer. The film covers the nanostructure. The nanostructure is extended perpendicularly in a plate side of the carbon layer. The nanostructure is selected from a nanorod, nano needle, nanotube or nano wall. Multiple film layers are formed on a surface of the nanostructure. A substrate is formed at a lower part of the carbon layer. USE - Electric component. ADVANTAGE - The component has high quality, and is easy to manufacture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing electric component.
