▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Light-weight and high-strength piston comprises 67-84 wt.% polyetherether ketone, 12-28 wt.% fiber powder, 1-3 wt.% carbon nanoparticle, and 1-3 wt.% active slurry. USE - The piston is useful for fuel supply cabin. ADVANTAGE - The piston is not easy to get deformation, has compact surface, without defects, can greatly reduce the self-weight of the fuel supply cabin, has obvious improvement in the sealing reliability in the process of fuel compression, satisfies the piston structure strength and operation reliability under a low pressure difference working conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing light-weight and high-strength piston comprising (i) placing the fiber powder in 70 degrees C acetone for reflux processing for 48 hours, then cleaning in the deionized water and drying; then soaking the processed fiber powder in 30 degrees C Meldrum's acid to soak for more than 3 hours, washing by acetone and drying to obtain the activated fiber; (ii) co-placing the activated fibers; carbon nano particles and active slurry in dimethylformamide, stirring and mixing for 60 minutes at a rate of 500-1500 revolutions/minute (rpm), thermally preserving for 48 hours at environment temperature of 50 degrees C, after finishing centrifugal separation, drying the precipitate, then carrying out airflow grinding to obtain the mixed filler powder with grafted active group; (iii) mechanically mixing the mixed filler powder and the polyetherether ketone in the high speed mechanical mixing device; after mixing, taking out the material; then heating and pressing and forming in the mold; controlling the temperature at 380-400 degrees C, the pressing pressure is 5-20 MPa, maintaining the pressure for 50-90 minutes; then cooling to temperature of lower than 150 degrees C, releasing pressure, cooling the furnace to room temperature, taking out to obtain the piston blank; where the piston blank heat treatment involves (ai) thermally preserving and drying the piston blank in an oven at 150 degrees C for more than 3 hours; (aii) heating the piston blank at a speed of 10 degrees C/hour gradually heating to the temperature of 200 degrees C, and thermally preserving for 6-10 hours at 200 degrees C; (aiii), gradually cooling the piston blank to 140 degrees C at a cooling speed of 10 degrees C/hour; (aiv), closing the oven; coolingthe piston blank to room temperature along with the furnace; and (v) mechanically processing of piston blank according to the drawing requirement, and subjecting the piston blank obtained in the step (iv) to precise mechanical turning.
