NOVELTY - A conductive-coating-layer-containing plating rack comprises a frame made of a conductive material to which power is applied, a hook protruding from the frame and made of a conductive material, so that the target to be plated is caught, and a conductive coating layer applied to the whole of the hook. The conductive coating layer comprises 100 pts. wt. resin, 10-30 pts. wt. conductive filler, 0.1-3 pts. wt. carbon fibers, and 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. ammonium sulfate. The conductive filler is at least one of carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphene, and graphite. USE - Conductive-coating-layer-containing plating rack. ADVANTAGE - The conductive-coating-layer-containing plating rack prevents material loss and facilitates maintenance and management by controlling plating on the hanger while applying current to the to-be-plated target on the hanger, and reduces defect rate by removing the points where chemicals are deposited, such as cracks on the hanger in the plating process. The carbon fibers in the plating rack improve resistance to cracking through a crosslinking action of the paste, and the ammonium sulfate absorbs the curing heat generated during the curing process to control cracking due to the curing heat.
