NOVELTY - Preparing PP composite material comprises 55 wt.% blockcopolymer PP resin, 10 wt.% PE resin, 8 wt.% impact modifier, 25 wt.% reinforcing material, 1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.5 wt.% lubricant and 0.5 wt.% dispersant, the copolymer PP resin is block copolymer PP, the molecular weight is 10-15 million, the ethylene content is 1-4 %; the PE resin is linear low density polyethylene, the impact modifier is SiO2/graphene double-shell structure a sinner core, POE-g-MAH is core-shell structure of the shell; the SiO2/ graphene double-shell structure is inner core, the preparation method of core-shell structure of POE-g-MAH as shell comprises (1) through surface electrostatic adsorption effect, depositing graphene oxide layer on the surface of the polystyrene microsphere, preparing graphene oxide/polystyrene core-shell structure microsphere, using hydrothermal reduction reaction method, reducing and processing graphene oxide, generating graphene/polystyrene core-shell structure microsphere. USE - The method is useful in preparing PP composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses organic calcium carbonate and organic talc to fill PP composite material, not only has enhance function, is good for uniformly dispersing calcium carbonate and talc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing PP composite material comprises 55 wt.% blockcopolymer PP resin, 10 wt.% PE resin, 8 wt.% impact modifier, 25 wt.% reinforcing material, 1 wt.% antioxidant, 0.5 wt.% lubricant and 0.5 wt.% dispersant, the copolymer PP resin is block copolymer PP, the molecular weight is 10-15 million, the ethylene content is 1-4 %; the PE resin is linear low density polyethylene, the impact modifier is SiO2/graphene double-shell structure a sinner core, POE-g-MAH is core-shell structure of the shell; the SiO2/ graphene double-shell structure is inner core, the preparation method of core-shell structure of POE-g-MAH as shell comprises (1) through surface electrostatic adsorption effect, depositing graphene oxide layer on the surface of the polystyrene microsphere, preparing graphene oxide/polystyrene core-shell structure microsphere, using hydrothermal reduction reaction method, reducing and processing graphene oxide, generating graphene/polystyrene core-shell structure microsphere, (2) preparing 1g SiO2/polystyrene core-shell structure microsphere prepared in the step (1) into ethanol dispersion liquid with mass fraction of 20 %, taking 10-20 ml dispersion liquid, adding 0.2-1 g sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate surfactant, 3-6 ml concentrated ammonia and 60-100 ml ethanol solution, ultrasonic processing for 60-100 minutes, dropping 2-10 ml ethyl orthosilicate, under the room temperature condition, keeping the magnetic stirring for 48 hours, alternately washing by ethanol and water, filtering, drying, calcining, dissolving corrosion method to obtain silicon dioxide/graphene double-shell hollow microsphere, (3) dissolving the silicon dioxide/graphene double-shell hollow microsphere prepared in the (2) in ethanol dispersion with mass fraction of 20%, adding sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate surfactant, magnetically stirring for 20-40 minutes, ultrasonic processing for 10-20 minutes, allowing to stand for 12-24 hours, filtering, alternately washing with de-ionized water, drying at 60 degrees C to obtain the organosilicone dioxide/graphene double-shell hollow microsphere, (4) mixing the organosilicone dioxide/graphene double-shell hollow) with POE-g-MAH by high speed, plasticizing and granulating to obtain SiO2/ graphene double-shell structure as core, POE-g-MAH is impact modifier of core-shell structure of the shell, The hydrothermal reduction reaction method in step (1) is as follows: the hydrothermal reduction treatment graphene oxide uses hydrazine hydrate, the concentration range is 10-40 mg/ml, the hydrothermal reaction temperature is 200-240 degrees C; the reaction time is 1-3 hours, (2) the dissolution and corrosion reaction method comprises dispersing the obtained silicon dioxide/ graphene/polystyrenecore-shell structure microsphere in tetrahydrofuran solvent and continuously stirring, the mass ratio of silicon dioxide/graphene/polystyrene microsphere and tetrahydrofuran solvent is 100-150: 1, the reaction time is 24-48 hours, the reinforcing material is organic calcium carbonate and organic talc, according to mass ratio of 1: 1, calcium carbonate grain diameter is 2000-3000 meshes, the preparation steps comprises adding calcium carbonate into the high speed mixer, raising the temperature to 80-100 degrees C, stirring for 1-1.5 hours at a rotating speed of 50-100 rotations/minutes, adding calcium stearate coupling agent with of 1.5% calcium carbonate at a rotating speed of 300-500 rotations/minutes at normal temperature for 0.5 hours, the grain diameter of the talc is 2500-3000 meshes, the preparation steps are as follows adding the talc into the high speed mixer, raising the temperature to 80-100 degrees C, stirring for 1-1.5 hours at a rotating speed of 50-100 rotations/minutes, adding 1.5% silane coupling agent with talc to stir for 0.5 hours at a rotating speed of 300-500 rotations/minutes at normal temperature, the antioxidant is composed of AT-168 and AT-10 according to the mass ratio of 4:3, the lubricant is PE wax, the dispersant is stearic acid, the above materials are mixed at high speed, plasticizing and granulating to prepare a PP composite material, the preparation comprises (1) high speed mixing by adding the copolymerized PP resin and reinforcing material according to mass percentage into the high speed mixer, at the material temperature of 80-100 degrees C, high speed mixing for 10-30 minutes, orderly adding composite foaming agent, impact modifier, compatibilizer, antioxidant, high speed mixing for 20-30 minutes after discharging, (2) plasticizing and granulating, melting, extruding and granulating the mixed material obtained in step (1) by a double-screw extruder, controlling the technique parameters of the double-screw extruder as follows: the first area temperature is 150-170 degrees C; the second area temperature is 180-200 degrees C, the third area temperature is 190-210 degrees C; the fourth area temperature is 200-220 degrees C; the fifth area temperature is 180-200 degrees C; the temperature of the mold head is 170-190 degrees C; the feeding speed is 100-300 rotations/minutes, the rotating speed of the screw is 200-400 rotations/minutes, extruding and granulating to obtain a PP composite material.
