NOVELTY - The method involves adding reduction-oxidation graphene solution into deionized water. Filtering process is performed by a sand core filter device. A filter particle of the graphene solution is transferred into polydimethylsiloxane. The graphene solution is transferred into a blast drying box. A reduction-oxidation graphene film surface is coated with a gold interdigital electrode. The gold interdigital electrode of a graphene film is embedded on a bread board by a platinum wire connection and a lead for manufacturing a reduction-oxidation graphene film humidity sensor. USE - Reduction-oxidation graphene film humidity sensor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying operation and a controllable technology parameter so as to reduce manufacturing cost, thus ensuring better repeatability and wide application prospect, and hence preparing the humidity sensor for converting a humidity signal into an electric signal. The method enables ensuring quick response to a human respiratory behavior by utilizing the humidity sensor for detecting a respiratory system disease in an effective manner.
