NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene- based anticorrosive paint comprises 30-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsion, 15-30 pts. wt. first modified graphene oxide, 15-30 pts. wt. second modified graphene oxide, 20-40 aqueous epoxy resin, 1-10 pts. wt. emulsifier, 1-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. pigment filler, 0.1-30 pts. wt. co-solvent. The first modified graphene oxide is obtained by functional modification of graphene oxide with small molecules of polyetheramine. The second modified graphene oxide is obtained by modifying graphene oxide with silane coupling agent 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilan. USE - The paint is useful for electric network facilities, ship heavy anti-corrosion, marine engineering and petrochemical industry field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: has environmentally-friendly, low spatial porosity and maintains good adhesion and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous graphene- based anti-corrosion paint comprising (1) mixing aqueous epoxy emulsion, first modified graphene oxide and second modified graphene oxide evenly, maintaining temperature at 50-60℃ for 20-25 minutes and heating the temperature at 65-70℃, heating preservation reaction for 25-35 minutes and discharging to obtain the aqueous graphene- based epoxy-acrylic ester emulsion, (2) respectively filtering the aqueous graphene- based epoxy-acrylic ester emulsion obtained in the step (1) and the aqueous epoxy resin, adding emulsifying agent under the condition of stirring and stirring for 10-15 minutes, (3) adding latent solvent under stirring state, and stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding wetting agent and dispersant under stirring state, stirring for 5-10 minutes and (4) adding pigment filler at high speed dispersion condition, curing agent and stirring for 30-35 minutes to obtain aqueous graphene- based anti-corrosion paint.
